Mastery includes everything provided within the Foundation tier, as well as access to personalised support from the relevant Catalyst Academics subject expert.
How Mastery support works
Students submit their support requests through their personalised Mastery support link.
Once you sign up for Mastery, you'll receive an email with a personalised link to submit your support requests directly to the relevant Catalyst Academics subject expert.
Standard support can include questions about:
- Course content
- Worksheet questions
- Concepts being studied at school
- Practice questions
- Working or solutions that the student does not understand
- General subject-specific academic guidance
