Catalyst Academics is a self-paced online learning platform created specifically for South Australian students. Our courses combine clear explanations, practical examples, targeted practice, detailed solutions and assessment preparation in one complete learning ecosystem.

Depending on the course, students may receive theory and application videos, practice worksheets, detailed written solutions, reflection prompts, topic cheat sheets and examination-preparation modules. Mastery members also receive personalised subject support and assignment draft feedback.

Every resource is mapped to the relevant South Australian curriculum, assessment requirements and commonly used classroom resources. Our subject experts carefully script, develop and review each resource for accuracy, clarity, difficulty progression and assessment relevance before it is published.

Catalyst is built specifically for South Australian students rather than adapted from another state. Our courses follow what students actually learn in SA schools and bring every stage of learning—understanding, application, practice, reflection and revision—into one affordable, accessible platform.

Foundation provides complete access to the learning resources within your selected course. Mastery includes everything in Foundation, plus personalised subject support and assignment draft feedback from the relevant Catalyst subject expert. Both memberships are available with weekly, monthly and annual payment options.

Mastery members receive a personalised link through which they can submit questions and assignment drafts. Each week, members can submit either five standard support requests or one assignment draft plus two standard requests. Standard support is provided within three days, while assignment feedback is provided within seven days.

New members can explore their selected Catalyst membership free for seven days before their first payment. This gives you time to experience the course content and decide whether the membership suits you. If you do not wish to continue, simply cancel before the trial ends.

Catalyst offers weekly, monthly and annual membership options, with longer memberships providing better overall value. There are no lock-in contracts, and you can cancel at any time. You’ll retain access until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your membership will end and no further payments will be taken.

Absolutely. Our initial focus is Year 11 and Year 12 Mathematical Methods, Specialist Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry. We plan to expand into subjects such as General Mathematics, Physics and Psychology, followed by Year 7–10 Mathematics and General Science. New courses will be introduced progressively as Catalyst grows.
